Once upon a time, the hardest show I ever went to was Atilla at Hard Rock Live. My mom asked me if it was a satanic cult. Nobody understood me. Now, I’m channeling my obsession with music into writing for this blog, instead of twirling my hair and staring at the posters of band members taped to my bedroom walls. And someday when I’m a big famous writer for Pitchfork or the New York Times, you can all say you knew me when.
